Piers, decks, jetties, ramps and similar structures may involve environmental rules, municipal approvals, federal property administration and maritime authority requirements.
More than one authority may be involved
Depending on the location and structure, municipal government, environmental agencies, SPU and the Brazilian Navy may each have a role. The sequence of procedures matters.
Existing structures also require diagnosis
When the structure has already been built, we assess dimensions, location, available documents, previous authorizations and any notices or administrative proceedings.
Environmental constraints
Mangroves, rocky shores, protected areas, vegetation, seabed and coastal zones may require specific technical assessment and additional authorization.

This type of demand is particularly common in Angra dos Reis, Paraty and other Costa Verde municipalities, where our regional experience is especially relevant.
